The Cleveland Bucket List X Barre3 Studio Party

Grab a friend and join Haley from TCBL & Christy from Creatively Hosted for a barre3 workout dedicated to enjoying friendships & creating new ones! If you can't convince a friend to join you, don't worry - we'd still love to have you. You'll get to experience a killer 45 minute total body balanced workout combing strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness. Come early and grab a juice from Ritual Juicery. Stay after and meet new friends while sipping on Mimosas.

We'll be heading over to brunch at Burntwood Tavern after class (brunch not included in ticket price), and would love for you to stay and brunch with us, after all, you'll deserve it upon completing this class! Please let us know in the notes if you plan on attending brunch.

Registration for this class is limited so sign up ASAP.

DETAILS:

All levels are welcome. Classes are performed barefoot, but grip socks are optional. Bring a water bottle. Wear yogalike attire (ie: leggings or long shorts, comfortable top). Make sure you’ll be comfortable in a variety of postures. If you any have injuries or limitations, please let the barre3 instructor know. All of barre3's instructors offer modifications so you can work deep without discomfort. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to complete a waiver.
