Newly opened on the corner of W 25th and Detroit is Ohio City Galley. Ohio City Galley is a restaurant incubator hoping to help launch new restaurant concepts in Cleveland. Their mission is to “cultivate and accelerate aspiring restaurateurs by providing a forum to showcase their capabilities, hone their craft, develop business acumen, and build a cult following behind their concepts.”
The galley hosts four different kitchens and 200 seats plus a fully stocked bar. Each restaurant has full control over their kitchen, staff, and menu. Currently Ohio City Galley hosts Sauce the City, The Rice Shop, Poca, and Tinman.
